Who We Are

We are a dedicated team committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through personalized, community-based health care services, including in-home support in Alexandria, Virginia, that foster dignity, independence, and inclusion. By combining comprehensive assessments, life-skills training, and multidisciplinary services, we empower each person to thrive and live a meaningful life within their community. As an approved Virginia Medicaid provider, we further expand access to the care and support individuals need.
